A step-by-step tour of the real screens: create your code, share it, and see exactly how your ₦5,000 reward reaches your phone when a friend joins and pays.

The walkthrough
Step 1 of 11 · Get your code
Go to paleontraining.com/register and fill in your name, email, phone number and mobile network, a password, your state, your status and the course you're most interested in. We send your airtime or data rewards to that number. It's free: no fee and no course purchase needed to become an ambassador.
Leave Referral code empty, unless another ambassador invited you.
Step 2 of 11 · Get your code
After you sign up you land in the portal. Click Refer & earn in the top menu, or Get your code → in the blue banner on your dashboard.
Next time, log in and go straight to paleontraining.com/refer/me.
Step 3 of 11 · Get your code
The first time you open Refer & earn, your personal code is created automatically. You don't need to apply or wait.
Every code starts with PLN followed by six letters and numbers, for example PLN3QA96V. It's yours to keep and doesn't change.
Step 4 of 11 · Get your code
Tap Copy. The button changes to Copied!
Then send your code, your name and your university (or NYSC state) to Paleon on WhatsApp at +234 707 714 9215 / +234 707 714 9989 (WhatsApp/Call). We'll welcome you to the programme.
Step 5 of 11 · Share it
Use the WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X or Instagram buttons, or Copy invite link. Each one shares a link with your code built in.
When your friend opens your link, the sign-up form fills in your code and shows “Invited by” your name. If they type the code instead, they must enter it when they register. It can't be added afterwards.
Step 6 of 11 · Choose how you're paid
Airtime
Choose Airtime under How you want to be paid. Each reward arrives as a ₦5,000 top-up on your line.
Data
Choose Data. Each reward arrives as a data bundle on your network worth up to ₦5,000. Bundles come in fixed sizes, so we send the largest one that fits within ₦5,000, which may cost a little less.
You can change this at any time. It applies to every reward that hasn't been sent yet. (Course credit is the third option; this walkthrough covers airtime and data.)
Step 7 of 11 · Choose how you're paid
Airtime and data go to the phone number you gave when you signed up. There's nothing to enter on Refer & earn.
Changed your number, or moved it to another network? Tell us on WhatsApp before your reward is sent: airtime or data sent to a wrong number can't be recovered.
Step 8 of 11 · Track your friends
When a friend registers with your code, Friends invited and Signed up go up. In Your referrals they appear as “Joined — not paid yet”.
There's no reward yet. A referral only counts once your friend pays for a course.
Step 9 of 11 · Track your friends
When your friend's course is fully paid, you've earned your reward. You'll see Paid (rewarded) 1, You've earned ₦5,000 and “₦5,000 awaiting payout”.
Your referral shows “Paid — reward earned”, with Awaiting payout in the Reward column. Your friend earns ₦3,000 in airtime at the same moment.
Step 10 of 11 · Get paid
Airtime
The Paleon team sends ₦5,000 airtime to the number you saved, on your network. It arrives like any normal top-up, and your network sends its usual text.

Data
The Paleon team sends a data bundle worth up to ₦5,000 on your network to the number you saved. Your network sends its usual activation text, and the bundle shows in your data balance.

Rewards are sent after your friend's payment is confirmed. Allow a few working days.
Step 11 of 11 · Get paid
Once your reward has been sent, the “awaiting payout” note disappears and the Reward column says Paid.
If it says Paid but nothing arrived, message us on WhatsApp with your code. Then keep sharing: there's no limit on how many friends you can refer.

Questions
Create a free account at paleontraining.com/register, then open Refer & earn (paleontraining.com/refer/me). Your code, starting with PLN, is created automatically the first time you open that page.
After your friend's course is fully paid. The Paleon team then sends your ₦5,000 as airtime or data to the number you saved. Allow a few working days.
Correct it on Refer & earn and tap Save before your reward is sent. Airtime or data that has already gone to a wrong number can't be recovered, so check it carefully.
You choose it when you sign up, and we check it before sending. If you've moved your number to a different network since, tell us on WhatsApp so we send on the right one.
Data bundles come in fixed sizes, so we send the largest bundle on your network that costs no more than ₦5,000. It may cost slightly less than ₦5,000. Choose Airtime if you want the full amount.
Yes, at any time on Refer & earn. The change applies to every reward that hasn't been sent yet. Rewards already sent stay as they were.
₦3,000 in airtime once their course is fully paid. It's sent to the phone number they give when they sign up, and they can change it on their own Refer & earn page. It isn't a discount on the course fee.
