Refer & Earn: Paleon Training Referral Programme

Three steps

Share your code

Every student with a Paleon account gets a personal referral code and invite link. Log in and open your referral page, then send them to friends, coursemates or your NYSC set, on WhatsApp or anywhere else.

They join and pay

Your friend enters your code when they register (your invite link fills it in for them), then enrols and pays for any Paleon course. They can pay in full, or start with ₦20,000 and pay the balance later.

You both get rewarded

Once their course is fully paid, you earn ₦5,000 as airtime, a data bundle or credit towards a Paleon course (your choice), and your friend earns ₦3,000 in airtime.

Free lesson posts to share

One post for each course, with a picture carrying your code and a link to that course’s free first lesson. Your friend watches the lesson free, and when they sign up from it your code is filled in for them. Share them on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok.

The rewards

What you and your friend get

Who	Reward	When
You (the referrer)	₦5,000 per friend: airtime, data or course credit	After your friend's course is fully paid
Your friend	₦3,000 welcome reward in airtime	After their course is fully paid

No limit. Earn for every friend who joins and pays.
A leaderboard in your referral page shows the top ambassadors.
Rewards are issued by the Paleon team once a payment is confirmed. Allow a few working days for airtime or data.

Good to know

Self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't qualify.

A referral counts once, when the friend's course is fully paid. If they start with the ₦20,000 deposit, it counts when they pay the balance.

Codes are entered at registration, so share yours before your friend signs up.

Paleon Training builds skills and employability; it doesn't guarantee a job, so please don't promise one when you share.

We may adjust or end the programme at any time.
