University partnerships
A structured way for Nigerian universities to give final-year students and recent graduates practical, project-based digital skills alongside their degree — at no cost to the institution.
Overview
Every year, Nigerian universities send thousands of qualified graduates into a labour market where a degree alone often isn't the differentiator it used to be. Paleon Training partners with universities to help close that gap — giving final-year students and graduates practical, project-based digital skills that complement, not replace, their academic qualifications.
This page explains what a partnership includes, what we ask of your institution in return, and how to start the conversation.
For your university
We keep this genuinely low-cost and low-friction for the institution. Depending on what fits your students best, a partnership can include:
A no-obligation session for your final-year cohort on what employers in Oil & Gas, Banking and Telecommunications actually look for beyond a degree.
Students who want to go further than the talk can enrol in a full course at a reduced group rate, arranged directly with your career services team.
Standout student capstone projects can be showcased — with your institution's permission — giving your strongest students visible proof of practical ability.
Aggregate, anonymised data on how your students engaged and what they built — useful for your own employability reporting, at no extra effort on your part.
Your institution's name and logo on this page as an official Paleon Training university partner, plus mentions in our own outreach and social content where relevant.
What we ask in return
In return, we'd ask for the chance to present to your final-year classes, and — where appropriate — an introduction to your career services team or alumni network. That's the full extent of what we request to get started; everything else is arranged directly with you as the partnership develops.
How partnerships work
Most universities start as a Partner — the skills talk, the discounted group rate, and the partner listing above, with no ongoing commitment beyond that. For a smaller number of institutions, we're open to exploring a deeper Founding Partner relationship — closer involvement in capstone projects, and a conversation about a small number of sponsored seats — agreed individually, not offered as a standard package.
Our university partners
We're building our university partner network from the ground up, and we'd rather list real, confirmed partnerships here than placeholder names. As partnerships are agreed, participating universities and their logos will appear on this page.
If you'd like your university to be among the first, email hello@paleontraining.com or WhatsApp +234 707 714 9989 to start the conversation.
Common questions
No. The core partnership — a free skills-readiness talk, a discounted group rate, and a university partner listing — is free to the institution. A deeper founding-partner arrangement is scoped and agreed with you directly before anything is committed.
No, and we're careful never to make that claim. Our courses give students demonstrable, practical skills that complement their degree — genuine employability support, not a guaranteed outcome.
Once a partnership is agreed, we add your university's name and logo, with permission, to this page, and reference the partnership in our own outreach and social content where appropriate.
Email hello@paleontraining.com or WhatsApp +234 707 714 9989 — we'll set up a short call to discuss what a partnership could look like for your institution specifically.
