Become a Paleon Training Student Ambassador

You're the person on campus, in your NYSC set or in your group chats who points people to practical skills they can use, and who helps them try before they decide.

In practice that means three things:

• Final-year students and recent graduates at any university or polytechnic in Nigeria.
• NYSC corps members, especially CDS group leads and people active in their state's corps member groups.
• Department and faculty reps, student union officers, and club leads (tech, business, engineering, geography, environmental and safety societies).
• Current and past Paleon students, who can talk about the courses first-hand.

The best ambassadors are trusted and helpful rather than loud. Someone who shares once in the right group and answers questions honestly will refer more people than someone who posts everywhere.

• Self-paced: learners start any time after their payment is confirmed and study when it suits them.
• Lifetime access to the course they buy.
• Free Career Match: two questions (which industry, what kind of work), then an instant course recommendation. Try it yourself so you can describe it.
• Fees are on each course page. Point friends there rather than quoting a price from memory.

Try at least one free lesson and the Career Match yourself before you start sharing. It's much easier to recommend something you've seen.

How it adds up

• No limit. You earn for every friend who joins and pays.
• The welcome reward isn't a discount. Your friend pays the normal course fee, then receives ₦3,000 in airtime after their payment is confirmed. Please describe it that way.
• Rewards are issued by the Paleon team once a payment is confirmed. Allow a few working days for airtime or data.
• Choose your reward type (airtime, data or course credit) on your referral page. Airtime and data go to the phone number you save on that page, so make sure it's correct.

The free-lesson and Career Match links let us see how many people you send our way, but they don't carry your code into sign-up. When someone who used them decides to join, send them your invite link or remind them to type your code.

• Your code and invite link, with copy and share buttons.
• Your numbers: friends invited, signed up, paid, and how much you've earned.
• Your referrals: each friend who signed up with your code, their status, and their reward.
• How you want to be paid: airtime, data or course credit.
• Top ambassadors: the leaderboard of paid referrals.

A friend shows as "Joined — not paid yet" when they sign up with your code, and "Paid — reward earned" once their course is fully paid. Your reward then shows as awaiting payout until the Paleon team issues it.
